At Sage Yoga, Sarah honed her skills, transitioning from student to teacher, sharing her knowledge in venues such as St. Jude, Johnson & Johnson, University of Arkansas for Medical Science, Zen Studios, and Sixth House Wellness Studio.
As the author of "Chair Yoga for Multiple Sclerosis and Chronic Pain," Sarah not only contributes to the yoga community but also actively supports those with specific health needs.
As a lululemon legacy ambassador, Sarah goes beyond teaching, fostering genuine connections and aligning with lululemon’s mission of empowering individuals in fitness, health, and wellness.
